Use a chocolate cake recipe and replace the grated chocolate with chopped up After Eight Chocolates. I used a ring tin, to make sure it would bake. Baking it as a brownie would probably work as well. Icing is slightly cooled chocolate mixed with sour cream and a bit of cocoa and it covers the top of the cake only.
