Buckwheat Marmite Risotto

Buckwheat is good for you.  So I read. It is widely used in Eastern Europe, so maybe there is something to it. I have not used it much, but am trying to get used to it. Made this risotto today and we all liked it. I used Marmite water instead of stock and it was a clever step, even if I say it myself. We pretty well always have Marmite, but I eat it very rarely. It is good on toast, but I prefer marmalade on my breakfast toast. Here is my recipe for you to enjoy.
