Aloo Gobi is something I have eaten quite often in an Indian restaurant. I make my cauliflower stew (buhia) a bit differently, but this recipe seems good to try. It has pepper instead of peas. Also it has mango powder and ginger. Those will be good to try. I think I will used chopped roasted cashews for the nuts, though will one day try the flax seeds as well.
