I have never been to any hotel in America. I have only touched the American soil at the Dallas Airport years ago. Yet I have lots of connections with American culture. One being knowledge of healthy living and healthy food. As a child, I had this kind of salad with dates. I have since enjoyed it. So here goes for memories! At the moment I am going through my stuff and memories in a very concrete way – sorting what is in my home as well as in storage.
