Date Bread – Kaltiaiset


This bread harks back to both home and school in Finland. It harks back to my first year at college. I made these as part of my first meal to my boyfriend – later my husband. We had them on a lawn with a group of people on a sunny Saturday autumn afternoon.

They are good and good for you. Need only butter on top. If they are still slightly warm, all the better. So here is what the recipe helps you to enjoy!
